The two Cir peaks are a mountain group north of the Gardena Pass and part of the Puez Group in the Dolomites. They can be reached via hiking trails and via ferratas. From our meeting point in Selva di Val Gardena, we take the Dantercepies cable car to our starting point at 2300 metres. From the top station, we ascend via a path along a ridge to a gully and reach the start of the via ferrata (approx. 20 min). The Kleine Cirspitze (2520 m) can be reached via a very beautiful, well-equipped, moderately difficult via ferrata with difficulty level B/C. It is ideal for longer climbs and also for preparing for longer and more difficult via ferratas. After reaching the summit, we descend to the left via a gully and follow a path below the Cirspitzen, which leads us to the via ferrata of the Große Cirspitze (2592 m). This is followed by a beautiful ascent with a marvellous summit panorama. At the summit cross we enjoy a wonderful view of the Sassolungo, Sciliar and Catinaccio groups, the Odle group, the Puez group, the Tofana group and the Sella group. The Cir peaks offer a good opportunity to gain your first experience on a via ferrata.
The tours can also be booked as individual tours.
