The Rosengartenspitze (2984m) is definitely a must-do summit in the Dolomites. The ascent in the Rosengarten mountain group of the same name offers great climbing on the normal route in the best rock with a maximum difficulty of III UIAA. The ascent leads via the Santner via ferrata to the Santner Pass.
