The Masaré via ferrata is one of the most beautiful via ferratas in the Dolomites. It is an extremely varied via ferrata that follows the course of the Masaré ridge in the south of the Catinaccio massif. The via ferrata overcomes numerous ridge towers, winds its way through crevices and in some places is exposed around large rock formations. Climbers can enjoy fantastic views of the surrounding valleys and peaks on both sides of the massif, although the climbing between and on the towers is never particularly difficult.
