The Drei Zinnen are the landmark of Alta Pusteria. They are among the most famous mountain peaks in the Dolomites and one of the best-known climbing destinations in the world. The ascent of the small pinnacle (2856m) via the normal route is also the most difficult of the Drei Zinnen. The ascent is quite steep and reaches a maximum difficulty level of IV+, but there is also easier climbing terrain in between.
