The south-east edge of the Große Cirspitze was first climbed in 1936. The tour offers beautiful climbing over 9 pitches opposite the Sellamasiv. One short section is grade 5, the rest of the tour is grade 4.
The descent takes place via the much-travelled normal route (partly via ferrata) of the Grosse Cirspitze.
Afterwards you can enjoy some coffee and cake at Gerard's (Restaurant Grödnerjochstraße) with a view of the Sassolungo and the Sella massif, and start dreaming about your next tour on the Sella Towers!
