The Fünffingerspitze is the centre peak of the impressive and beautifully shaped Sassolungo group. It is known for its Daumenkante, which allows for very exposed climbing in relatively easy 4-pitch terrain.
The tour can easily be combined with the ascent of the Fünffingerspitze.
It starts with a short gondola ride to the Langkofelscharte, where the Rifugio Demetz is located. From there, it is just a few minutes to the start.
